I have to admit I've been whining about wanting spring to get here and all that, but I think I know what my real problem is... It's the lack of a real winter storm. It snowed for about 10 days in a row - but it was just a dusting here and there and more annoying than anything. Now they are saying we might be in line for a winter storm over the next couple of days. Please, please, pretty please???? I know - I'm sick - but here is my reasoning. If we don't get a whopper storm soon I'm afraid that we'll get nailed with a storm in April or May - and frankly I want to get on my bike and ride, ride, ride and ride some more!
So - winter - please blast us - get it over with now and let spring come in!

Um, can I have some snow? yesterday our temperature was in the 80s and I was thankful for that...I actually put on my flannel PJs. That's how HOT it has been here lately. Makes you want to drive in an air-con car to an air-con mall and just stay there. Like you, who feels like exercising in an extreme climate?

I wish I could send you some, but so far the weathermen have been completely off base. We had maybe an inch, and it was very wet and heavy and it's melting now. So much for the 8 inches! As for the heat - yipes! that is hot! And I don't like it much like that either - that is why upstate NY is pretty good - we only had a couple of days over 90 last summer!
